FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on length of shoot you book will receive a minimum of 10 edited images.
However in your gallery you will see all edited images from your session available for a small fee of £3 per digital download.
What is the booking process?
First of all you check out my page and social media to make sure you love my photography style, then get in couch with me either via social media or email. I can usually reply to all enquires within 24 hours. Next we will arrange a free production meeting to meet each other over zoom to make sure were a good fit and get to know each other, during this time I will also send a questionnaire to fully understand what you want from your shoot. To go ahead with the booking payment must be made in full 2 days prior to the intended shoot date.
Shoot day, I will check in with you to let you know meeting points on location. During the shoot we may move around different locations to get better setting and more variety, as well as this I will direct the shoot to get candid images, any images you specifically want or just want to give a try just let me know and we will do these too!
After the shoot I will edit the photos, estimated time for this is 2-3 weeks. Please bear this in mind when booking. Images will be uploaded to your personal gallery on Pixiset, this will be only available to yourselves. You will then favourite the amount of images you want to be available for downloading in high quality without watermarks. Any additional images to the amount specified in package booked will have a small fee, I will be in touch with you regarding a final total for these. Once paid you will receive an email with your link to download your high quality images.
How should we dress for our family session?
I am a big believer in you should be comfortable in what you wear. I like to show your personality and edit true to colour. Neutral tones do work best for cohesive images but if you are more of a bold colourful family then go for it! If using alot of colour I would recommend you try and atleast make these consistant with all family members for a better final image.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Absolutely. I completely understand and try and put all of my clients at ease in front of the camera. We will talk it all through and try and keep moving throughout the shoot so you don't focus too much on me taking the photos. Shooting lifestyle shots will help to get more candid photos rather than all posed or staged.
